I’m the founder of Djurra establishing the salon spa in 2010.

My story is a story of modifying the rules, overcoming challenges, holistic thinking, the belief that individual beauty is directly linked to the beauty of the world around us and a belief in encouraging us to rest and reflect, if only for the briefest of moments.

Experience has taught me the appreciation of the power of wellness to promote balance in mind, body and spirit, the prerequisite to achieving your  lifestyle goals.

When you enter Djurra you will sense a special nurturing atmosphere. I believe it’s an instantly welcoming and rewarding experience.

Hi I’m Phylice and I’ve been part of the Djurra team for 7 years! I completed my training back home in the UK and have worked in England and Melbourne before settling in Perth.

I feel lucky coming to work everyday and getting to create beautiful hair on my guests. I like to create liveable, low maintenance hair, such as soft blondes and working with your natural tones and textures. I love working with our Aveda products as it means I know your hair is being looked after from start to finish.

Hi my name is Corrine, having 23 years of experience in the hairdressing industry I’ve been lucky enough to have worked along side award wining hairdressers and have had ample training with masters of there trade in cutting and styling hair.

Born in Sydney I stared my career in a little suburban salon working my way to the big city and starting with a well know brand and many talented hairdressers.

I’ve have worked at Djurra  along side Anita for 8 years now and it’s been nicest environment and space I’ve worked in. My passion is cutting /styling and creating a practical but modern look for each individual .

I also love to train and share my knowledge with the apprentices and seniors to help them  become the best they can be and to help keep there passion alive also.

I am all about healthy, beautiful hair! I want every guest to achieve results in the salon and I love colouring, blondes, long hair, cutting and styling. It is my goal to help guests find a style that is best for their hair type and one that they love. I am passionate about educating each guest on how to care for and style their hair at home. My relaxed personality makes it easy for guests to communicate and express their ideas for their hair.

I have been in the hairdressing industry for 15 years. I was first introduced to Aveda in 2010 and I fell in love with the brand, the products are amazing. For me it is so important to continue to learn in all areas through education and I attend at least one course every year as well as using online education.

When I am not looking after my guests hair I cherish spending time with my gorgeous three children, Marc, Matilda and Nicolas and my husband Michael on our rural property.

Hey I’m Aria, I am a Third year apprentice here at Djurra, I began my hairdressing journey in late 2019 as a trainee. I’m highly passionate about hair and can’t wait to be on the floor as a stylist soon!

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m originally from France.

I began my hair journey at a famous school in Switzerland before working for two salons for 12 years in France, that helped me advance my skills. I really enjoyed my job but wanted to travel and especially learn English. I came to Australia 5 years ago and fell in love with it.

I’m so grateful to finally be able to do my job here at Djurra for 3 years now. It’s a beautiful opportunity to meet people, practice my English and share my passion. If you need a change, advice, fresh touch, come and see me. I would be happy to help make you feel beautiful inside and out. I’m very passionate about short hair but I enjoy doing everything! Hi I’m Em, I have been a spa & beauty therapist for over ten years and working for Djurra has allowed me to utilise my extensive experience in working with a range of skin care brands.

Originally from Sweden, travelling has always been a passion of mine. I arrived in Australia 8 years ago and currently reside in the Fremantle area with my partner and 2 young children.

My clients in particular appreciate my firm massages and relaxing facials as well as thought through product recommendations. I look forward to working with you soon!

Hey I’m Odette, a First year apprentice at Djurra. I want to make people feel confident in themselves by highlighting their features and helping them express themselves through their hair. Making someone feel beautiful and comfortable within themselves regardless of their age or status is something I am passionate about. I’d love to gain experience within a salon and eventually progress into editorial work as well as bridal.

Hi I’m Diora, I started my journey with Djurra in late 2021 as an Apprentice.

I adore all aspects of hair. Being able to learn off such a amazing team with a plethora of different skills makes me so excited to come to work every day. Once I finish my apprenticeship I hope to specialise in fashion colours and cuts.

Hello I’m Aleshya, I’m one half of the front desk team here at Djurra. I will greet you as you arrive and make sure your experience is one to remember. I am a hairdresser by trade and can help with all your queries, you may even see me behind the basin from time to time. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hiya I’m Bec, I’m the other half of the front desk team here at Djurra and I am also on the floor some days to let my creative side shine. I’ve been hairdressing since I moved from the East Coast to Perth in 2015 and found my passion for all things Hair, specialising in Blondes, Vivid Colours, Extensions and Modern Styling. Wherever I am though I will be wearing a smile and doing my best to ensure you enjoy your time with us!

Hi , my name is iLdi.

I’m a qualified spa / beauty therapists with over 20 years experience. I’m originally from Hungry; Budapest. As a kid I used to go to my Mum’s beauty place and I fall in love with the smell of the wax and the creams ; with the whole atmosphere and from such a young age I knew this is it this is what I want to do.

I have been lucky enough to work many 5 starts spas in New Zealand and Australia and learn and expand my skills in the last decade’s. I feel incredibly lucky and proud to be a part of Djurra team. My main goal is to make you feel and look beautiful, relaxation , improve your energy level and decrease stress level.

Hi my name is Cassie, I’ve been hairdressing for 13 years, I have recently joined the team at Djurra, previously I had been working in other salon around Perth. My passion is short hair cuts and styling but also enjoy working with the Aveda colour range. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hey I’m Charissa, I have been in the spa and beauty industry for over 9 years. I am passionate about helping every guest look and feel their absolute best, I believe massage is an essential part of a balanced self care routine. My other passion is being a mum to my beautiful son levi, he is a blessing. I can’t wait to pamper you soon.

Hello I’m Anne, I have been in the Aveda hairdressing world in Germany, Melbourne and now Fremantle for 13 years and completed my training in Germany.

I consider myself lucky to have been  inspired by amazing people/mentors throughout my career.

I love coming to work and collaborating with the inspiring hairdressers in this unique space. I enjoy working on customised solutions for your hair and staying in tune with your individual hair vision. I’m especially passionate about working with the Aveda hair colour range and enjoy full colour and cut transformations. When I’m not colouring hair you can find me exploring Freo with my two cheeky children.
